10. Jaylen Harvey, Edge, Quince Orchard
One of two top-10 players to remain uncommitted, Harvey has received offers from Penn State, Florida, Maryland, USC and Tennessee. During the 2022 season, the 6-foot-2, 235-pound edge player played snaps at multiple defensive front-seven spots. Harvey is a three-star recruit and ranked ninth in Maryland.
