8. Gabriel Williams, Edge, St. Vincent Pallotti

Williams, a 6-foot-4 and 195-pound edge player, is a four-star recruit and ranked No. 5 in the state. During his junior season in 2022, he saw snaps as a linebacker and safety, earning him all-conference honors and an All-Met honorable mention by The Washington Post. Williams committed to Virginia Tech on June 11.
