Top 10 Nebraska HS football players in Class of 2024
2. Daniel Kaelin, QB, Bellevue West
With Dylan Raiola’s choice to attend Georgia, Kaelin became a must-get prospect for the in-state university. The Bellevue West passer became the first signal-caller out of high school to accept an offer to play for new University of Nebraska head coach Matt Rhule.
Kaelin, an Elite 11 finalist, slung the football for 3,186 yards and 36 strikes as a junior for the Thunderbirds. He originally committed to play collegiately at Missouri and, as a senior, will have a pair of four-star receiving recruits to distribute the ball to.
