MLB teams with most consecutive division championships
ATLANTA (BVM) – In 1969, each MLB league was split into two divisions, beginning the divisional era in the sport. Since then, a number of franchises have reached high levels of success in their divisions.
With a 4-1 win over the Philadelphia Phillies on Wednesday night, the Atlanta Braves secured their sixth consecutive NL East title. Though the modern Braves have become one of the most consistent franchises of the era, they are not alone in this level of success.
