8. Jason Garrett (1992-99)

Garrett signed with Dallas’ practice squad in 1992 after stints with the New Orleans Saints and various football leagues. He was not a guarantee to make the roster in 1993, but after a strong preseason, he eventually leaped up to No. 2 on the depth chart. Over the course of eight seasons, Garrett started nine games for the Cowboys and finished his tenure there with three Super Bowl rings.
