Manning has not played a down of college football yet, but you are likely already familiar with him due to his last name. The nephew of Eli and Peyton Manning, Arch is a freshman at the University of Texas and will likely compete with Maalik Murphy for the starting job in 2024. He was ranked as the No. 1 player in the 2023 recruiting class according to 247 Sports.

The Longhorn QB will be draft-eligible in 2026 and he could be in the mix for the top signal caller in his draft class.
