West Virginia Finishes Strong at Paul Short Run

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The West Virginia University cross country team finished strong at the Paul Short Run in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, on Saturday, Sept. 30. “We had some great performances today, especially within this environment of competition, as we went up against 110 teams,” WVU coach Sean Cleary said. “We learned a lot from this experience, and it served as a great teaching moment for the rest of our season.” Redshirt sophomore Sarah Tait finished 14th overall and led the Mountaineers with a time of 20:8.0.
