9. Jonathan Taylor, 2020-present

Taylor’s career is still taking shape, but the 24-year-old out of Wisconsin has started better than many other running backs in NFL history. Following a rookie season in which he carried the ball 232 times for 1,169 yards, Taylor averaged over 100 yards per game in 2021 and finished with 1,811 yards, a mark that surpassed any past Colts’ rusher.

For his sophomore campaign performance, Taylor earned an All-Pro selection and a trip to the Pro Bowl while also finishing second in Offensive Player of the Year voting. Taylor already sits in the top 10 in the franchise record books in yards and touchdowns. While Taylor and the Colts have been going through a tumultuous last few months, he has returned to the practice field in hopes of continuing his record-climbing performances.
