The Indianapolis Colts’ first-round draft pick likely would have found himself higher had he been able to stay on the field, but all the early signs surrounding his play point to some pretty significant returns heading into the future. Richardson has flashed some remarkable playmaking ability with both his arm and his legs early on, and has given Indianapolis plenty of hope even without a chance to return in 2023. The No. 4 overall pick so far has at least proven he warranted his draft spot.
