Knox had a slow start to his senior campaign but has picked things up as of late. The 6-foot-5, 237-pound tight end has 15 catches for 101 yards over the last two weeks and found the endzone in two of the last three games. The 161st-ranked prospect of the 2024 NFL Draft, according to PFF, Knox will almost certainly find a role at the next level.
