7. Ending 65-race winless drought in 2022

In his mid 40s with retirement in consideration, Harvick went on a cold stretch following a hot 2020 season. He didn’t win a race throughout the entirety of 2021, and was still searching for a victory late into the 2022 regular season despite a few close calls. However, in early August, Harvick had an impressive run at Michigan, where despite starting just 16th, he moved his way to the front of the pack to earn one of the more satisfying victories of his career. Then, the driver of the No. 4 Ford for Stewart-Haas Racing further proved he still had it, winning again the following week at Richmond. The victories propelled Harvick to the final NASCAR playoff run of his career.
