Pazzo Leads Pacific’s Run at WCC Cross Country Championships

MALIBU, Calif. – Senior Sophie Pazzo was the top finisher for the Pacific women’s cross country team at the 2023 West Coast Conference Championships as the Tigers finished ninth in the event hosted by Pepperdine. Pazzo finished the 6K race in 25:01.2, placing 51st among the scoring runners. Freshman Valeria Espinoza and senior Anahi Avila Perez were the second and third Tigers, finishing close behind Pazzo in 25:09.2 and 25:10.3, respectively, placing 54th and 55th.
