Aztecs Play Washington to 1-1 Draw
SAN DIEGO – The Aztec men’s soccer team (6-4-5, 0-4-3) played Washington (5-6-6, 2-4-3) to a 1-1 draw at the SDSU Sports Deck Sunday afternoon. SDSU struck first on a Jules Anderson goal in the 23rd minute but then saw the Huskies score on a corner just 16 seconds into the second half. “A frustrating result where we let two points slip through our grasp,” Head coach Ryan Hopkins said after the match.
