13. Fred Hoiberg, Nebraska

The Nebraska coach has done a solid job of recruiting during his tenure with the Cornhuskers but results on the floor haven’t been able to reach his past success from Iowa State. Hoiberg has steadily improved the team each season with the program, but he’s yet to really make a splash in the conference, finishing right near the bottom in each campaign. Hoiberg will have to build off his best season yet as he looks to find himself in the March tournament for the first time in Nebraska.
