6. Derrick Coleman, PF/C

Coleman has cemented his claim as one of Detroit’s best. D.C. was taken first overall by the New Jersey Nets in the 1990 NBA Draft. That decision soon paid dividends as Coleman captured the 1991 rookie of the year award. The 6-foot-10 Northern grad would later add two All-NBA honors.
