Rudy T made his mark on the league. The 6-foot-8 Hamtramck High School standout stayed in-state, starring at Michigan. Tomjanovich turned pro in 1970 after a wondrous run with the Wolverines. He would be a five-time All-Star in 11 seasons with the Houston Rockets.
