College football’s fastest players of 2023 based on mph
AUSTIN, Texas (BVM) – Nine college football players from the 2023 regular season clocked max speeds faster than Tyreek Hill and the rest of the NFL’s speedsters (as of Week 13 of the regular NFL season).
Here are the fastest college football players from the 2023-24 regular season, according to data compiled by Reel Analytics – a sports technology and data company that analyzes highlights to reveal the maximum speeds players reach on the field.
Note that the NFL’s fastest ball carrier is Seattle Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf – who clocked 22.23 mph on a 73-yard receiving touchdown in Week 13, according to the NFL’s Next Gen Stats.
