It may be crazy to think, but Flores has not received one interview request for a head coach position. This is particularly surprising given how much he helped turn a terrible Minnesota Vikings defense around in just one year.

Of course, the biggest thing hanging over Flores’ head is his 2022 lawsuit against the NFL over systemic discrimination which may be why teams are hesitant to give him a call. However, with a somewhat successful three-year head coach experience with the Miami Dolphins, Flores will be hard to ignore next year if his defense continues to excel.
