Ranking the Pac-12’s best basketball players at midway point
10. Tristan da Silva, F, Colorado
Colorado figures to be in the mix for a Pac-12 title by season’s end thanks to a talented starting five that’s led by da Silva and guard KJ Simpson. The 6-foot-9 senior forward continues to be a consistent force on both ends of the floor for the Buffaloes, averaging 15.6 points, 5.4 rebounds, 2.8 assists and one steal. His shooting numbers have remained steady as he shoots 49.7% from the field and 36.5% from deep, and da Silva has also improved at the free-throw line this season, shooting at a career-best 84.1% clip. The Buffs get a little bit of everything from the versatile da Silva and he is one of the most indispensable players in the entire conference.
