10. Baye Ndongo, F, Georgia Tech

Georgia Tech will finish near the bottom of the conference, but Ndongo has had a stellar season and will be a crucial building block going forward for the Yellow Jackets. The freshman forward is averaging 12.7 points and 8.2 rebounds while shooting 60.2% from the field and 37.5% from deep. Ndongo has displayed his ability to show up in big moments as evidenced by his game-tying 3-pointer with seconds left against Notre Dame. If his first collegiate season is any indication, he will be a force for years to come.
