10. L’Jarius Sneed, CB, Kansas City Chiefs
The Chiefs’ Super Bowl run has been led by their defense rather than Patrick Mahomes and the offense. Sneed has played a key role in the group’s development throughout the season. He has emerged as an elite cornerback and he should receive top dollar as a free agent. Sneed could go down in Kansas City sports lore with his forced fumble on Zay Flowers in the 2024 AFC championship game.
Expect the Chiefs to do everything they can to bring back Sneed, but with Chris Jones being a pending free agent as well, it will be tough to pull off. The Philadelphia Eagles could make a lot of sense as a potential landing spot for the 27-year-old. Darius Slay and James Bradberry both had disappointing years. It is possible that the team moves on from its two starters and brings in Sneed to fit Vic Fangio’s new defense.
