5. Glenn Anderson, RW
Anderson was drafted in the fourth round of the 1979 draft by the Edmonton Oilers where he would spend the first 12 years of his 15-year NHL career. Born in Vancouver and raised in Burnaby, Anderson topped 100 points in three of his first six seasons. He played in four All-Star games and won the Stanley Cup six times, five with the Oilers and one with the New York Rangers. Anderson was known for his playoff performances and stands fifth all-time in playoff game-winning goals with 17. The 2008 Hockey Hall of Fame inductee is currently the head coach for the BCHL’s Power River Kings.
