Josh Jacobs’ free agency: 5 landing spots for All-Pro RB
Tennessee Titans
The Titans will begin a new era in 2024 under head coach Brian Callahan, but that doesn’t necessarily mean the offense will be less run-heavy than it has in recent years, particularly with a young quarterback like Will Levis likely under center. It also seems likely that longtime running back Derrick Henry will be moving on from Tennessee, meaning the Titans have a hole to fill in their backfield. Unlike some teams on this list, Tennessee does have a promising young back under contract, Tyjae Spears, but his skill set might not be that of a three-down back. As a result, the Titans could be looking for another strong, physical runner to fill their early-down role and Jacobs could be their target. Tennessee also has some of the most cap space in the NFL this offseason and could give the talented back a nice payday.
