Matt Filipowski enters transfer portal: 5 landing spots

If Matt was interested in staying in the state of Massachusetts where he played his final high school season and spent his first two collegiate campaigns, the Eagles would be a good fit. It is a family school for Matt as his uncle Randall Hagerdon played for Boston College from 1989-91.

While the Eagles didn’t offer Matt out of high school, they will be in the market for a center as star Quinten Post has exhausted eligibility. Though Matt doesn’t have a lot of game experience, the coaching staff’s work with Post proves they can develop talent down low. Matt would be able to stay in the state while also representing a family school and potentially earning some immediate playing time.
