Top 10 Maryland HS baseball players in Class of 2024
8. Colin Gibbs, SS, St. John’s College
Standing at 6-foot-3 and 190 pounds, Gibbs is the best shortstop in Maryland and the seventh-best player overall. He chose to stay close to home for college and will be attending the University of Maryland in the fall. Gibbs was also named to Prep Baseball Report’s Pre-Season All-State Honorable Mention Team, marking him as a player to potentially put up allstate type numbers in 2024.
