7. Isaiah Licorish, RHP, South Hagerstown
According to Prep Baseball Report, Licorish is a player to watch this upcoming season in Class 3A. He’s the sixth-best pitcher in the state with an 89 mph fastball. His 51 strikeouts in the 2023 season for the Rebels was fifth-best among public school leaders in Washington County. Licorish committed to Coppin State University in Baltimore for the fall.
