Top 10 players from the Midwest Region of the NCAA Tournament
10. Emanuel Miller, F, TCU
TCU is making its third consecutive NCAA Tournament appearance and Miller’s exceptional play throughout the season is one of the reasons why. The 6-foot-7 senior forward from Canada is a veteran leader and a skilled all-around player who averages 15.9 points, 3.8 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 1.1 steals while shooting 48.7% from the field and 38.2% from 3-point range. Miller has had nine games with 20 points or more this season, including a 29-point outing in the Horned Frogs’ Big 12 Tournament victory over Oklahoma. TCU has a lot of talent on its roster overall including Jameer Nelson Jr. and Micah Peavy, but the Horned Frogs will rely on Miller if they plan to make a deep run this postseason.
