Love and the North Carolina Tar Heels made a run to the championship in 2022 but missed the NCAA Tournament in 2023. Now with the Wildcats, Love may face his former squad in the Elite Eight if he plays the way he has most of the season. The Pac-12 Player of the Year averaged 18.1 points, 4.7 rebounds and 3.4 assists while shooting a career-best 42.1% from the field. He has some cold stretches at times which could prove detrimental to the team’s postseason plans but when he’s playing to his standard, the Wildcats can beat anyone.
