Warrick first showed his scoring prowess by becoming Henry Clay High School’s all-time leading scorer during his prep career in Lexington, Kentucky. His talent translated to the college level instantly as he averaged nearly 16 points in 2020-21 as the Horizon League Freshman of the Year and just shy of 17 points as a sophomore.
The 6-foot-2, 185-pound guard led the Norse to their first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2019 as a second-team All-Horizon League performer in his junior season before averaging a career-high 19.9 points as a senior and earning first-team All-Horizon League honors.
Warrick has proven to be a tremendous one-on-one scorer throughout his career and his skill set should give him a chance to play for a high-major school should he continue his collegiate career, as he does also plan to test the NBA draft waters this offseason. Here are five potential landing spots for Warrick in the transfer portal.
