Dain Dainja transferring: 5 landing spots for Big Ten center

One of the main coaches on the Baylor staff during Dainja’s time with the program was associate head coach Jerome Tang. Now, Tang is the head coach for the Wildcats and has a penchant for adding talent in the portal. Could he do the same with his former big man? With starting center Will McNair exhausting his eligibility and backup Jerrell Colbert entering the transfer portal Monday, the team will need help in the frontcourt.

This would be a return to the Big 12 for Dainja who may feel like he has unfinished business in the conference. It would also reunite him with Tang on a team that has some deep postseason aspirations after missing out on the NCAA Tournament this year after an Elite Eight run the year before. If Dainja has a good relationship with Tang, this would be a move that could benefit both sides.
