Hailey Van Lith transferring: 5 possible landing spots
Stanford Cardinal
Van Lith entertained the possibility of playing at Stanford last offseason and she could look at heading to the West Coast to play for the Cardinal once again. Stanford had a disappointing end to the season after losing in the Sweet 16, but went 30-6 overall and continues to be one of the top programs in women’s college basketball under head coach Tara VanDerveer. The opportunity to play for a legendary coach like VanDerveer is likely a draw in itself, as is the chance to play for a perennial contender. Stanford will lose some pieces from its 2023-24 roster including dominant forward Cameron Brink and fifth-year guard Hannah Jump. Jump’s departure in particular makes a Van Lith-to-Stanford move quite possible, and she would form a nice duo alongside Kiki Iriafen.
