Lucy Olsen enters transfer portal: 5 landing spots for guard

The Hoosiers have been one of the best programs over the past five years, making it to the Sweet 16 three times since 2021. While the program doesn’t have an illustrious history like its male counterpart, Indiana has consistently proven to be one of the top teams under head coach Teri Moren. With their top two leading scorers McKenzie Holmes and Sara Scalia leaving, the Hoosiers find themselves in need of shooters. There is no better available shooter than Olsen.

Olsen would be able to slide into the vacancy left by Scalia while forming a strong backcourt alongside Yarden Garzon, Chloe Moore-McNiel and Sydney Parrish. Indiana has never been beyond the Elite Eight in program history, but adding a scorer of Olsen’s caliber could help the team finally reach an elusive Final Four.
