Nick Pringle enters transfer portal: 5 possible landing spots

Transferring from Alabama to Nebraska would have seemed like a big step down in the past, but the Cornhuskers finally figured things out under Fred Hoiberg this past season with their first NCAA Tournament appearance in a decade. A roster overhaul is already taking place this offseason though, as nine players have left the team including two key players who are out of eligibility: leading scorer Keisei Tominaga and forward Josiah Allick. Hoiberg has a couple of top-200 recruits coming in and has already made some additions in the portal with Gavin Griffiths and Andrew Morgan. Those two will help the Huskers’ frontcourt depth, but someone like Pringle could make the unit deeper and more athletic. A potential draw to Lincoln for Pringle is assistant coach Ernie Zeigler who recruited the big man last time he was in the portal.
