5 best NFL draft fits for Iowa cornerback Cooper DeJean

Indianapolis Colts

Cornerback Kenny Moore II re-signed with Indianapolis on a three-year deal and will be the starting nickel defender. The Colts project second-year corner JuJu Brents to start on the outside, but they haven’t filled the remaining starting spot yet. Dallis Flowers and Jaylon Jones have shown promise, but DeJean is a better prospect for that position. The Colts ranked 22nd in yards allowed per pass attempt last season and could use the 15th overall pick on DeJean to secure the secondary unit and focus on other draft needs.
