Women’s Tennis Comeback Falls Short at Northern Illinois

DEKALB, Ill. - The Ball State women's tennis team's comeback fell short on the road Friday to Northern Illinois as the Cardinals suffered a 4-3 loss to the Huskies at the Nelson Tennis Center. Northern Illinois managed to take the doubles point from Ball State after earning victories on courts two and three. Despite the loss, the top court of Isabelle Tanjuatco and Sarah Shahbaz took down the Huskies' twosome of Diana Lukyanova and Isabella Righi, 6-4.
