Colorado women’s hoops picks up Oklahoma State transfer Lior Garzon
With Colorado’s football and men’s basketball programs attacking the illustrious transfer portal as of late, the CU Buffs women’s basketball team got back in on the fun Monday morning. Head coach JR Payne and her staff looked toward the Big 12 Conference they’re joining by signing former Oklahoma State Cowgirls forward Lior Garzon. CU picked up forward Nyamer Diew from fellow Big 12 opponent Iowa State last week. Garzon spent her first two college seasons at Villanova before transferring to Oklahoma State for her junior and senior years.
