BLACKSBURG — Virginia Tech women's basketball head coach Megan Duffy tabbed Caitlyn Isler as the program's director of basketball operations Wednesday. Isler spent the 2023-24 season with Duffy at Marquette as assistant athletic director (WBB). She will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the program, including management of the program's budget and coordination of team travel. Isler also assists with summer camps and is the external relations liaison with groups including alumni, marketing and communications.
