DURHAM, N.C. - Duke men's basketball head coach Jon Scheyer officially announced the addition of Mason Gillis to the Blue Devils' 2024 recruiting class on Friday. Gillis, a 6-6, 225-pound forward from New Castle, Indiana, transfers to Duke after playing the last four seasons at Purdue. He appeared in 132 career games with 63 starts, averaging more than 20 minutes per contest each year and amassing 827 points (6.3 ppg), 548 rebounds (4.2 rpg) and 179 assists (1.4 apg).
