Iona Baseball Falls in Series Opener to Mount

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — The Iona University baseball team fell to Mount St. Mary's 6-0 in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference action on Friday afternoon. The Gaels were out hit 8-5 in the opening game of the weekend series at City Park. GAME SUMMARY Iona threatened in the bottom of the second as senior James Kemp roped a one-out double to left center.
