Pitt Drop Series Opener to Bryant

PITTSBURGH – The Panthers fell to Bryant, 11-8, in Friday night's series opener with the game-tying run at the plate in the bottom of the ninth inning. Josh Spiegel went 3-3 with three RBI on a two-run home run, an RBI triple and a single. Spiegel is 7-7 with eight RBI in his last two home games.
