Virginia Tech women’s basketball guard confirms a return to Blacksburg for 2024-25

Last offseason, former Virginia Tech women's basketball coach Kenny Brooks hit it big in the transfer portal. He added Olivia Summiel from Wake Forest and guard Matilda Ekh from Michigan State. He also added Rose Micheaux from Minnesota. As the season went along, Summiel and Ekh became key contributors for the Hokies in the starting lineup. Summiel became a key rebounder while Ekh added another outside shooter from behind the arc that fit in well for Virginia Tech.
