Concord Finishes Seventh at MEC Championships
Results FROSTBURG, Md. – The Concord University men's track & field team finished seventh at the Mountain East Conference Championships with a total of 53 points. CU tallied 53 points. Charleston was the team champion with 212 points. For the first time since 2017, a CU athlete claimed the 100-meter dash title at the MEC Championships as graduate student Gerard Hearst edged out West Virginia Wesleyan's Taiwo Babawale-Thropp (10.63-10.64 seconds) for the 100-meter crown.
