NiJaree Canady enters transfer portal: 5 possible landing spots

Oklahoma State was a top-10 team once again throughout the 2024 season and reached the Women’s College World Series for the fourth consecutive year. The Cowgirls haven’t been able to get over the hump with a title during arguably their most successful stretch in program history, but perhaps an addition like Canady could help change that. Oklahoma State has been led in the circle by former Alabama transfer Lexi Kilfoyl the past two seasons, but 2024 was her final year of eligibility. Canady would be a terrific replacement for both Kilfoyl and departing senior starter Ivy Rosenberry as she, fellow rising junior Kyra Aycock and incoming transfer RyLee Crandall would have the potential to form one of the top pitching trios in the Big 12 over the next couple of years.
