10. Brian Rowe, WR, Jay M. Robinson

The Bulldogs posted a 12-1 record and reached the third round of the state’s NCHSAA 3A playoffs in 2023 with the help of Rowe’s 50 receptions for 1,063 yards and 15 touchdowns. The four-star recruit according to On3 added three punt return scores and a pair of pass breakups to his junior campaign. Rowe received five D-I offers and committed to the South Carolina Gamecocks in early April.
