Top 10 Colorado Buffaloes football players of all time
9. John Wooten, OG (1956-58)
Wooten helped the program reach their second-ever bowl appearance in 1957 as the Colorado offense led the nation in rushing. He became the first Colorado lineman to be named an All-American when he earned that designation the following season in 1958. Wooten received an invitation to the College All-Star Game following his senior season and played 10 years in the NFL. He was a member of the College Football Hall of Fame Class of 2012.
