RALEIGH, N.C. (BVM) – NC State wide receiver Kevin Concepcion emerged as one of the most valuable playmakers in college football after his freshman season. He caught 71 passes for 839 yards and 10 touchdowns in 2023 and was named ACC Rookie of the Year.
The 5-foot-11 receiver was not as productive as a sophomore, but he is still one of the most intriguing available players after entering the NCAA transfer portal on Sunday.
