8.  Austin Carr, SG (1971-80)

Carr is the best off-guard in team history. The 6-foot-4 sniper would start with a bang and garner NBA All-Rookie first-team honors. “Mr. Cavalier” would help carry them through tough times. Carr would earn All-Star acclaim in 1974, then star on the Cavs “Miracle at Richfield” team two years later.
