Scottre Humphrey transferring: 5 landing spots for RB
UCLA Bruins
UCLA is in rebuild mode following the Chip Kelly era and went just 5-7 in DeShaun Foster’s first season as head coach, good for a 12th-place finish in the Big Ten. The Bruins lacked in several areas throughout 2024, but their rushing attack was one of their low spots as they ranked near the bottom among all FBS teams with just 86.6 yards on the ground per contest. Foster, a former UCLA and NFL running back, will undoubtedly look to improve that, and adding a quick and physical back like Humphrey who can handle a big workload would be significant for the Bruins’ offense. Humphrey would also add needed depth with leading rusher T.J. Harden in the transfer portal, and seniors Keegan Jones and Jalen Berger are likely on their way out.
