10. Boogie Fland, G, Arkansas

Head coach John Calipari’s Razorbacks are off to an 11-4 start and their freshman point guard has been one of their biggest bright spots. The Harlem, New York, native was a consensus top-25 recruit in the country and has transitioned well to the SEC. He is averaging 15.4 points, 5.9 assists and 1.7 steals.
