
Top 10 NCAA women’s basketball All-American candidates in 2025
LOS ANGELES (BVM) – A changing of the guard has occurred in women’s college basketball during the 2024-25 season. Despite some of the sport’s biggest stars leaving for the pros like Caitlin Clark, Angel Reese and Kamilla Cardoso, many talented players have emerged as new faces of the game.
Familiar names remain like UConn standout Paige Bueckers, but some highly-skilled freshmen like Bueckers’ teammate Sarah Strong have also been among the top players this season. Several members of an elite sophomore class also continue to shine, while many other veterans have put their names into the All-American conversation.
